What do I need to print out pages?

ALL of our printable documents are available in portable document format (PDF). This allows our clients to
have the highest quality when downloading and printing from MathCrush.com. Also, PDF files can be used from
any type of computer and operating system as long as it has the appropriate viewing software.

In order to view and print PDF files, you will need to download a FREE reading software program.
These programs usually do not need a lot of disk space and are very simple to download. The most
popular one is Adobe Acrobat, but
there are other versions available. If you are like us and tired of Adobe’s poor customer service, you might
want to try Foxit Reader,. It is a more compact program and
takes fewer resources to run. They have been getting very good reviews from computer magazines and users.

Once you open the PDF file all you need to do is click print. It’s always a good idea to do a final check
before printing. You should make sure the pages are what you want and look correct. The speed of printing depends
on your computer and printer, and of course, how many pages you are printing.

If you are not sure if your computer is compatible try printing a few free sample pages first.

Can I download and print from any computer?

Yes, that is what makes this service great. You have the ability to download and print from anywhere. No more
carrying books around or waiting for the copy machine. You have the freedom to access math handouts and worksheets
from anywhere. Note: We do have an automatic tracking system that notifies us of unusual access points and locations,
and simultaneous logins by the same user. Example: Our system will alert of us if you log in at one location and
5 minutes later log in again 500 miles away, or if you are logged in and another location tries to log in too.
Please see the Terms of Service section for more details on our usage policy.

Can I give my username and password to other teachers or my students?

No, your username and password can only be used by you. It is not transferable and may not be shared. The user will
receive one unique username and password, which he or she is obligated to use only for their personal or classroom
needs. If a subscriber is found to be sharing a password with others who have not subscribed or producing materials
for non-subscribers, the user’s subscription will be immediately canceled without refund.

We have a group subscription, can any one of us use your material?

Only registered users are permitted to use our material. Registered teachers/users are individuals whose names have been
supplied to Math Crush by the district, group, school, program, or organization purchasing the license and who have
received unique usernames and passwords from Math Crush. You may share material (not username or password) with other
users or students within your classroom.

Unauthorized sharing of usernames and passwords, or materials will result in the immediate cancellation of the entire
license without refund.

Is there a limit on downloading and printing?

No, registered users may download and print as many copies as needed to serve only the students
enrolled in the licensed classrooms

How do I find a specific category?

On the left side of the home page is a list of what we currently offer. Click on a subject and it will take you to a sub-category
page where you will be asked, “What are you looking for?” You will usually have three choices (worksheets, mini packets, or books).
Click on the specific one you want and it will list all the lessons and activities for that sub-category.

All our material is separated into three levels: Level 1 (easy), Level 2 (intermediate), and Level 3 (difficult). We do not like
to label our material by grade, because all students are at different levels. But if you ever need assistance in deciding what
level to use please contact us.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the fact that our service is delivered over the internet allowing customers access to all of our material,
we can not offer refunds. Math Crush apologizes for not being able to offer refunds, but we do believe that the
customer is number one and without you we would not exist. We understand the importance of customer service and
how it reflects on a company. Our goal is to become your number one source for math material, and to do that we
need to not only supply quality material but also service. If you have any questions or concerns please
contact us.

What company do you use to collect funds?

We use 2Checkout for our collection of funds. They guarantee protection against unauthorized
use of your account and do not share your financial information with anyone. You can visit their website at
2CHECKOUT.COM for more information. If you are a school, district, or other
group looking to join and want to pay by check or money order please contact us.

What are your privacy policies and terms of service?

You can view these in our Privacy Statement and Terms of Service
sections. If you have any further questions please contact us.

How long can a subscriber use downloaded materials?

Permission to use downloaded materials is valid for the duration of the subscription term. Continued classroom
use requires a current MathCrush.com license. Math Crush is constantly updating and improving its materials and
adding new resources to the website. So we encourage you to visit often.

Do you offer group rates?

We normally do not offer group rates, but exceptions are made for large orders (500 or more subscriptions).
Please contact us for more information.

How do I pay by check or money order?

We apologize for any inconvenience, but we only accept checks or money orders for large orders. If you are a
district, group, school, program, or organization wanting to sign up; contact us
and let us know how many members and how we can serve you.
